Website Terms

These terms outline data processing in accordance to EU and UK law. All Legends SMP data is stored and processed by Google, our data partner.

1. Cookies

1.1. Data Collection: We collect mandatory data like which pages you visit, to help us know what you're looking for. However, we will also collect some additional information like your general interests, country of residence and personalization factors. This information is optional, and you can opt-out at any time by rejecting the use of Cookies when loading the Legends SMP site.

1.2. Data Processing: "Google" and it's partners are responsible for all data processing and storing.

Game and Community Terms

These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of [Legends SMP] ("Season 6: Rebirth"). By accessing or using the Server, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Access to the Server

1.1. Eligibility: You must have an active, legitimate Minecraft (Bedrock) account in order to access the realm.

1.2. Account: You are required to create a Discord account to access certain features of the Server. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Paid Content

2.1. Purchase: Certain features or content on the Server are paid-only features. These fees are paid by game developers, and thus you may not share any resources on the SMP with other people.

2.2. Non-Transferable: Content is for your personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold to others.

3. Use of the Server

3.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Server:

·         Violating any applicable laws or regulations

·         Interfering with or disrupting the Server or its networks

·         Harassing or harming other users

·         Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Server or its systems

3.2. User Content: Any content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Server is your responsibility. You agree not to upload, transmit, or share any User Content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

4. Community and Gameplay Rules

4.1. Trade Advertisements: Trade advertisements are allowed, but must be posted in the #economy channel.

4.2. Respect: Look after the place. Avoid leaving floating trees or explosion holes from creepers.

4.3. Confidentiality: Do NOT share sensitive information outside of this server, including world downloads, invite links (from both Discord and Minecraft), and developer information.

4.4. You cannot modify any internal game files, unless explicit permission is gained from a Game Developer.

5. Redstone, Industrialisation, and Economy

5.1. Redstone Farms: Redstone farms, including large, industrial-sized farms, are fully allowed. Please ensure they are either far away from spawn (over oceans) or underground.

5.2. Zero-Ticking Machines: Redstone machines that use Zero-Ticking mechanics are allowed but can only be run when under 3 players are playing, unless having the permission of a Dev. These machines cause significant delay and you may be asked to modify your machine to reduce server lag.

5.3. In-Game Currency: Do not sell in-game items for non-fictional currency.

6. Clients, ChunkBase, and Exploitation

6.1. ChunkBase: A Minecraft biome and structure finder (Chunkbase) is allowed, however, must only be used by developers. You may ask Devs to find coordinates for a specific biome or structure. This is to prevent mass looting.

6.2. X-ray Mods and Texture Packs: The use of X-ray mods and texture packs are prohibited. They will be overwritten by our Anti-Cheat, and may flag you to our developers.

6.3. Exploits: Using any known exploit to your advantage, such as duping, is strictly prohibited.

6.4. Autoclicking and Macros: Autoclickers are prohibited unless you are using them for AFK farming or need them for a redstone machine. Macros are prohibited unless used to mitigate accessibility challenges.

7. Enforcement

7.1. Violations: Violation of these rules can result in mutes, kicks, and bans.

7.2. Permanent Removal: We reserve the right to permanently remove you from all aspects of the server as of repeated violation of these terms.

8. File Distribution

8.1. Our Updates: The Legends SMP receives occasional updates, containing new features, graphics updates, and more. These update packages are cached and stored on your device. You are strictly NOT allowed to modify, distribute, or share these files without permission. It infringes the rights of first and third-party creators, and it violates copyright law.

Beta Programme Participation

By joining the Beta Programme for [Legends SMP] ("Season: 6 Rebirth"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Beta Terms"). These Beta Terms are in addition to the standard Terms and Conditions outlined for the Server.

9.1. Responsibility: I understand that by joining the Beta Programme, I am responsible for my device and any issues or damage that may occur while participating in the Beta Programme.

9.2. Acknowledgement of Risks: I understand that not all Beta builds of Legends SMP are stable and may come with the risk of bugs and other issues that may temporarily leave my device(s) vulnerable to crashes.

9.3. Reporting Requirements: I understand that by signing up to the Beta Programme, I am required to provide error details to other people if my device(s) develop issues that need to be reported.

9.4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): I agree not to redistribute or share files contained within the Beta Testing programme with any other individuals without approval. I will also keep upcoming updates under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) by not sharing any information about the Beta Programme with other people.

9.5. Feedback and Bug Reporting: I will provide honest feedback after using Beta features and report bugs/issues when necessary.

2. Acknowledgment

2.1. Agreement: By proceeding with the Beta Programme, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Beta Terms. I understand that failure to comply with these Beta Terms may result in removal from the Beta Programme and other consequences as outlined in the standard Terms and Conditions for the Server.
