NEW GAME DEVELOPMENT UPDATE
Fixed an issue causing grass to appear invisible since our Gen 2 Update
Removed all custom textures for Creepers, as it caused them to appear smaller than intended
Fixed an issue causing an Oak Boat to be permanently shown in the bottom-right corner of the UI, instead of a recovery compass
Fixed an issue causing UI to incorrectly show the current version as Patch 4 instead of Gen 2
Reduced the file size of hub music
Reduced the file size of the SMP world, to increase server response times
Made some technical changes to perk sound files
Added a new notification system that warns the player if their selected tool is under 25% durability
Updated Town regulation to allow for conflicts between towns that both agree to fight
Added buttons in The Hub allowing players to manually claim perks if they aren't given automatically
*Dev note: The perk detection system can be slow, as we don't want to compromise server performance. This fix will in the meantime solve distribution issues while we continue to investigate this

Perk Balancing Changes
Changed the Level 30 perk from Speed to Haste
Changed the Level 40 perk from Hero of The Village to Regeneration
Changed the Level 50 perk from Haste to Hero of The Village: Stage 2
Changed the Level 60 perk from Fire Resistance to Saturation
Changed the Level 80 perk from Regeneration to Haste: Stage 2
Changed the Level 90 perk from Hero of The Village: Stage 2 to Fire Resistance
Reduced the power of the Resistance perk by 1 multiplier
Reduced the power of the Regeneration perk by 1 multiplier
Increased the power of the Hero of the Village perk by 1 multiplier (both stages)
Increased the power of Haste: Stage 2 by 1 multiplier
Updated the Perks room in The Hub for more up-to-date documentation
This update completely overhauled the perks system, allowing for fairer gameplay and a faster server experience. We also squashed a few annoying bugs along the way, and added some small QoL changes.
